Founded in 1987, Anaesthetists Agency is now part of Holt Doctors ltd, sourcing and recruiting locum doctors for NHS Trusts, GP surgeries and private healthcare providers across the UK. We have three offices across the UK based in Lymington, Hampshire; Skipton, North Yorkshire and Bolton, Lancashire.

Experienced Recruitment Consultants
Working with all grades and specialities, this role requires the proactive marketing of doctors to NHS Trusts, Client and Candidate Management. This is a 360 recruitment position that offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your recruitment skills and career. You should have at least 12 months medical recruitment or similar experience

Trainee Recruitment Consultants
An exciting opportunity to work within a target driven role, learn about the sector, building relationships with doctors and placing them in locum appointments across the UK.

 

You will be required to proactively manage and develop a bank of doctors who work as locums in NHS Trusts, balancing sales activity with industry compliance. The role requires you to be able to work autonomously and with initiative to manage the full recruitment process, proactively encouraging doctors to go forward to work, adhere to the compliance process and build an open, honest and successful working relationship

This is a fast paced and demanding position that offers a genuine opportunity to forge a career within medical recruitment. If you have 12 months sales, medical recruitment or other recruitment sector experience we would love to hear from you.
